Membership Requirements
New members must hold one of the
following designations:
| Certified Public Accountant (CPA) |

| Attorney |
 |
| Trust officers of a trust company authorized to do business in Texas
or trust officers of a bank |
 |
| Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) |
 |
| Certified Financial PlannerTM (CFP®) |
 |
| Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) |
 |
| Accredited Senior Appraisers of the American Society of Appraisers
(ASA) |
 |
| Development Officer of an organization exempt from federal income
taxation under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as
amended ("the Code") |

Benefits of Membership
Attendance at the monthly continuing education luncheons held during
the HEFF fiscal year. Introduction to, and interaction with, other
professionals rendering estate and financial planning services in the Houston
area. |

Dues
| Dues are required at an amount set annually by the Board of
Directors. |
